I like to tell stories and draw. Which comes first isn’t really important.
I love drawing the figure from life, it continues to inspire and surprise. Ideas and narratives can develop within this process or afterwards.
Sometimes a theme will evolve beforehand, and I’ll be lucky enough to work with models whose own interpretations and creativity contribute to the final work.
